SHIPPING POLICY

All Solace Deep Photography products are made to order. Please allow time for your item to be produced before it is shipped.

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner after they are placed. Because each item is made specifically for your order, fulfillment times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and time of year.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates are calculated based on the products in your order and your delivery location. The applicable shipping cost and available shipping method will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

MULTIPLE-PACKAGE ORDERS

Some products may be fulfilled or shipped separately. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in more than one package and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout simply because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us at solacedeepphotography@gmail.com as soon as possible. Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your package appears to be lost in transit or your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at solacedeepphotography@gmail.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping availability varies by destination and product. If shipping is available to your location, available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included unless specifically stated at checkout.
